Installation work: Retrofit Immergas "Intec 30" External | High Efficiency | Natural Gas Boiler with Delonghi Panels | Giacomini Valves and a Nest Thermostat This was a completely new, retrofit installation with Uponor piping, hydronic panels and towel rails and also with a Google Nest wifi thermostat. The house was crawlable so we firstly drilled 25mm holes through the floor where the pipes were to be connected to the panels. We then installed a brand new piping system, with lagging, under the house. We then fitted off the panels above, and installed chrome plated copper pipe tails, with cover discs leaving the boiler and thermstat to the end. We also added some Fernox Inhibitor to the system for anti-rust protection. Fully commissioned and signed off with a VBA Compliance Certificate, just like all of our installations, giving you full peace of mind :)

Installation work: Retrofit / New Build Immergas "Intec 30" Internal | High Efficiency | Natural Gas Boiler with Vertical Flue | Immergas 3 x Zone Partage Box | Uponor UFH System | Delonghi Panels | Giacomini Valves | Honeywell CM907 Thermostats A retrofit upgrade installation for a property, with an existing 30 year old black poly underfloor heating system, but also the intention to install a new double storey rear extension with underfloor heating on the ground floor and panel heating on the upper level. This required a zoning system or, partage box, to enable 3 different systems to work independantly from each other with 3 x different thermostats. So, you can see how this could work for you in your own home, new build or reno: A mix of panels and underfloor heating or you can have just the one type but in different areas, hence zoning it for more control and efficiency. We also flushed out the UFH system prior and added a "MagnaClean" filter (under the boiler) to keep the whole system clean from sludge build up.

Installation work: New Build Immergas "Magis" 16KW Single-Phase Hydronic Heat Pump | Hydrolux 315L Indirect Pressurised Hot Water Service | AquaPlus 100L Buffer Tank | Uponor "MiniTec" UFH System | Designer Radiator Panel | Immergas 2 & 3 x Zone Partage Boxes | Honeywell T4 Thermostats This has to be up there with one of our best installations so far! A new build installation in Phillip Island. This was a double storey building where the living areas were on the upper floor. The Plant Room was downstairs, to the rear and the heat pump located outside. All installed in hard drawn, soldered copper. We had 5 x Zones incorporated into the system: 1) Hot Water 2-4) Underfloor Heating 5) A Designer Panel in the lower hallway The underfloor heating system (Uponor MiniTec) is very thin and can be retrofitted also. It's made up of 12mm tacker sheets laid out on top of the particle board and then a 10mm pipe rolled out in the grooves back to each manifold (x3). Finally, topped off with a self-levelling compound, making the final height 15mm!!

Installation work: New Build Immergas "Magis" 22KW Three-Phase Hydronic Heat Pump | AquaPlus 100L Buffer Tank | Uponor In-Screed UFH System | Delonghi Radiator Panels | Giacomini Valves | Immergas 2 x Zone Partage Box | Honeywell Wifi 9000 Thermostat This was a staged installation for a new build home where, initially, we installed the In-Screed UFH foam sheets on top of base concrete and then rolled out 10 x floor coil circuits and ran the mains feeds back to the wall to terminate outside for the future connection of the partage box. We then Roughed-In the mains piping system using Rehau, for the panel circuit and, again, the mains pipes would terminate at the outside wall for the future connection of the partage box. We then fitted off the Delonghi hydronic radiator panels and then finished off the job with the installation of the external Plant Room equipment: The heat pump, buffer tank, partage box and piping.

Installation work: Retrofit Immergas "SE 30" External | Standard Efficiency | Natural Gas Boiler | Immergas 2 x Zone Partage Box | "Crono 7" Thermostat This was an upgrade as our client's existing boiler had decided to fail for the last time. It was an old "Parsons" boiler and the system had an existing old style radiator panel system and the good old Black Poly underfloor heating system also. So we thoroughly flushed out the enitre system and then installed the boiler and partage box in one stage. We used soldered copper pipe and fittings and also added a MagnaClean Filter for the extended warranty and ease of servicing. Fianlly, we installed an additional expansion vessel out side of the boiler to help with the system's expansion when fully heated.

Service work: Full Bi-Annual Service Package Immergas "Intec 30" External | High Efficiency | Natural Gas Boiler with Delonghi Panels | Giacomini Valves and a Car V2 Thermostat This is a popular service package that we offer to all our clients: We actually installed this particular boiler a few years ago and now offer our clients a bi-annual service package where we carry out a strip down of all the major components and then a check for wear and tear and then a clean up: This would be: -The flue system -Combustion fan -Air pressure switch and hoses* -Heat exchanger -Burner assembly -Flame and spark sensors -Gas control -P.C.B. -Pump -P.R.V. & A.A.V. -Condensate trap and system -All service valves -Expansion vessel -Autofill Valve system We then put the unit back together and then carry out all the relevant gas checks and also use our Flue Gas Analyser to check the correct air:gas ratio and percentages. Then, we check the panels / manifolds in the house are fully primed / bled and test/check the thermostat is working. Because of the amount of work we do here and the fact it's aheat-only boiler (not hot water also) we stretch our servicing out to 2 years unless our clients requaest an annual service. Finally, we issue a VBA / ESV Service Report on Hard Copy or Online for your records.

Repair work: Retrofit Uponor UFH manifold upgrade This was an upgrade as our client's existing 30 year old steel manifold had decided to leak and needed replacing. So we thoroughly flushed out the enitre system and then installed the new maifold and special brass, adaptive fittings as well as some other, big black poly fittings to take to the old mains pipes also.. Fully primed, heat tested and balanced - This new manifold will outlive the whole system as it's all non-ferous materials and will not rust.
